Hamfit

The trainings at HAMFIT are very complete. They rely on cardio-based training and the Kinesiologists work to ensure that muscle balance is respected. 100% of the coaching team have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. In order to reduce the risk of injury, we limit technical movements with heavy loads in a competitive environment. Instead, we prefer HAMFIT training to be a fun activity for everyone. Moreover, the HAMFIT team is very involved and supports several causes that are important to them. For nearly 5 years, the HAMFIT team has been promoting health through physical activity in primary schools, daycares and organizing friendly training challenges that have given the CHU Ste-Justine Foundation more than $ 100,000 . The greatest success of HAMFIT is the quality of exceptional people who create an extraordinary atmosphere in the Center every day!
