Deka Crossfit Basically, there are three former football players, teammates at the University of Ottawa, who decided to come together to provide a unique training experience. Maxime, Jocelyn and Fred have always been passionate about the training of high performance; plyometrics, weightlifting and athletics. They created Déka Crossfit.
