Déneigement Techni-Snow

Have been with Techni-Snow for past several years and I will NOT be renewing with them next year. Have had to shovel to get my car out and back in at end of day since laneway is still NOT cleared. For service you have to call several times to complain and if you are lucky they will show up for a second clearing. They state on their website they will return for a second clearing within 6 hours after the city plow has gone by- false. You call and you are asked if they have come by once already and if so they tell you they will not be back until the next morning, it doesn't matter that the city plow has gone by at 17:30 and your car is in the street. I am quite sure that some of my neighbors will NOT be renewing with Techni Snow again. Owner NO better does not respond to emails sent to him about poor service and quality of service.

Signed up with Techni-Snow just before Christmas 2012. Rarely if ever have they come before I need to leave for work (not even that early). Also, their website claims that they will return for a second pass to remove the street plow's snow-mound. This hasn't been happening. When they do come, they don't remove the snow from the area between the back of my car and the road, again despite their website claiming they will do this. I have called to request that they return to complete the job on 3 separate occasions. I only got through to a person once, and she told me that they will probably be back within 24 hours. Probably? Within 24 hours? Not good enough. My neighbors have been having similar experiences. I will NOT be using Techni-Snow again.
