Welcome to Woodstock's newest gym and fitness centre and Woodstock's ONLY squash club! The club has over 15,000 square feet of state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment and two international squash courts. We are a locally owned and operated, full service squash and fitness club. We offer a wide variety of classes: Kettle Bell, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Plyometric, Pilates, Spin and many more. We also have an on-site pro shop, All Sport Supplements– complete with nutritional products and shake bar. We offer short-term child minding at Jumping JACKS. We promote a fun and family atmosphere, where everyone feels comfortable to pursue their fitness goals! We pride ourselves on keeping our facility pristine and our staff is committed to providing our members with superior customer service.
