It's Blue Chip!
We have been coming here for several years now and just can't stay away. It's the service and staff that make it for us! The food is not fancy, just reliable and good.
I can take the whole family here with kids and all, do a girls outing or a datenight and this place fits the bill every time.

My husband ordered a seven ounce steak at Kelsey's in Whitby. I knew it was going to
be small relative to the eleven ounce steak, but imagine my surprise when
the waiter presented him with a miniature piece of meat that he could have
consumed in one mouthful.
He complained to the waiter.He said "This is the smallest steak in the
world."
The waiter just laughed." It's a seven ounce steak." In other words, "Don't be a
cheapskate. If you want a proper steak, order the eleven ounce steak. Or
suffer the consequences."
It tasted good -- what there was of it. But I'm sure it wasn't seven
ounces. I weighed out some steak at home. We both came to the
conclusion that what he had on his plate in Kelsey's weighed no more than four
ounces. Good enough for my cat, but not for him. My theory is that it once was a
seven ounce steak. Someone cut it in half in the kitchen and ate the other
half. Of course I can't prove that, but I have my suspicions
sorry... i can't go back to this Kelsey's
I ordered a veggie nacho since I am a vegetarian as my main course. It arrived and I ate about half of it to discover that I had shrimp legs in my nachos. I found a few of things under the chips and cheese. I brought this to my waitress's attention and said oops sorry. This is not an ooops sorry situation since this is the part of the shrimp that you toss away. Supposedly the dish that they toss out things like this was next to the chip bowl. What else was in my chip bowl that I didn't discover? never again could I go back there.

My boyfriend and I have been dining at Kelseys in Whitby for about a year now. The reason we keep coming back is the fantastic food but most of all, the service. The staff in the bar are great. They make our dining experience there alot of fun. Thanks so much to Rachel and Chris for makeing Kelseys our number 1 restaurant. See you soon.

Came in today for my birthday dinner. Food was pretty good. My mom got shrimp pasta which she said was good but they use canned mushrooms which grossed her out a bit. My quessadilla was soggy but everybody else liked their food.
They brought me a free cake which was very good but they didn't sing to me.
