I booked an appointment approximately 2 weeks before the date I wanted and called to confirm the day before.
My appointment was for 11:00 for a 90 minute service and when I arrived was told they were running 15-20 minutes behind and would I mind waiting. I kind of cringed but said ok, I would be back in 15 minutes.
The receptionist stopped me and said that they had actually booked an hour facial in the MIDDLE of my spa service (my appointment was from 11-12:30 but the esthetician was booked at 11:30-12:30 as well) so my service wouldn't actually start 20 minutes late, it would be an hour an 20 minutes late. I was told that in order to make things "easier for everyone" I should come back at 1:00pm. When I said if I wanted a 1:00pm appointment I would have booked that and that I couldn't come back at that time because I had a babysitter for my child she brushed me off in a not-my-problem sort of way.
Would definitely NEVER go back there and would not recommend it to anyone. I was a new client and first impressions last a lifetime.
