Urban Health Group in midtown Toronto. She was born and raised in Toronto and currently lives in the West End with her husband and three small children. Dr Gaston has been interested in health and wellness all of her life and has been a chiropractic patient in the interest of optimum health from the age of 5. Amanda's approach to massage is clinical and therapeutic focusing on preventing pain and dysfunction and improving overall health. Her techniques include deep fascial work, Swedish techniques, joint mobilizations, strengthening and stretching, as well as educating clients about self care and remedial exercise programs.
