Tails Up Dog Grooming Ltd. was established in 1983 by Bonnie Lamb, who continues to run Tails Up at the same Leaside location. Bonnie believes in a holistic and natural approach to pet care. No sedatives or drugs of any kind are ever used on the dogs or cats in our care.We carry a wide variety of pet supplies, from collars and leads, to food and toys. HORRIBLE
When I took my Lhasa Apso, the woman was quick to take my dog back to where they groom dogs and did not even hear a word I told her. I specifically said DO NOT SHAVE my dog. When I picked him up he was shaved. It was so badly done, my dog has never looked so bad. Looks like they butchered him. I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I could of bought a clipper myself and shaved him for $62.00
