It's all Italian all the time at this quirky new joint - the Financial District followup to the Square One success story — where communal tables spill over with folks as enthusiastic for the company they keep as the vittles they share with them. In allegiance with true Italian fashion, freshness is critical to the Scaddabush menu, and the preoccupation shows itself in everything from the homemade pasta to the prepared-daily mozzarella. Red wines dominate the drinks menu, but the booze list has lots to choose from. The space — 6,500 sprawling feet — is eclectically decorated and features 18 flatscreens, should your dining companions start to bore.
