With up to 300 group fitness classes potentially available per week, Striation 6 is planning the most ambitious group exercise program that Toronto – that any city – has ever seen. We have designed our group program to attract the best instructors, thereby shaping the best possible ExPerience™ for you. With a full gambit of cycle, circuit (cardio and resistance training), Yoga and Pilates classes in addition to our own Isometric Training System, the Striation 6 Group Fitness program allows you to pay as you play at an affordable rate under the shared guidance of some of the best group class instructors in the fitness industry.
