For me, I generally do not like to make comments on any business. I was looking for the directions of this clinic when i had noticed these reviews.I would say this is really an awesome place.My family physician send me there for follow up of my exam. and i was so worried but must say the girl made me feel so comfortable.and she explained me the things so briefly .I would definitely love going back to this place for mammogram.

I had an ultrasound there this morning. Admittedly, I had some trepidation about going here because of the three negative reviews posted before. This lab, however, was the only one in the area that could take me on such short notice for a morning appt. The other west end labs didn`t have anything available for at least a week. So (bad reviews and all) I took my chances. I`m glad I did! The receptionist was quite polite and professional and I only had to wait 5 minutes for my 9:20 am appointment. The ultrasound technician was kind, courteous and professional (just the right combination in dealing with anxious patients) and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. The place was clean and had new equipment and was no worse than any others I`ve been to in this city. I posted this review just in case anyone else was planning on going but, like me, might be put off by the other reviews. Perhaps it is different staff? In any event, I would definitely use them again.

i am agree by other 2 reviews..I went to the lab and waitng for my mother to finish her blood work the girl i think from guyana her way of talking with the patients were very rude.she was not polite at all.I would suggest not to go to that place.

during my visit there for an ultrasound and mamo i constantly heard a woman shouting and yelling all the time and found out her name was SITA ...it was very disturbing... she was very rude and inconsiderate towards me when scheduling my appointment over the phone too and wen i saw her at the clinic she proved to be the same...the tecs were fine but if this kind of attitude continues form the reception people i bet very few patients would be willing to go to that clinic... i reallly hope that the administration would replace her before i go there again !!!

I have never seen a more UN professional staff in all my time. I called to make an appt and was given a date and time. The next day I had to call back to give further instructions from the doctor only to discover that the appt I was given had been given to someone else and they had never heard of me. After a 45 minute discussion and wait I was again told I could have the first appt and everything was fine. The next day I called back to reconfirm the appt for my own sake and was told that they were trying to reach me that my appt was today and that they had NO appt for me for the following day. I discovered they were speaking to my son on the other line at the same time they were speaking to me. After speaking to 2 different people both women who were extremely rude and not helpful at all, I was given the opportunity to come in the next day earlier. I called back to ask something only to discover that yet once again they were not even sure a technician would be there at the time they told me to come in. After nearly another hour on the phone, they finally told me to come and someone would be there to do the test. This whole time there was no supervisor, no manager nothing to speak to about their absolutely lousy book keeping and rude remarks to myself and my son. I highly suggest going elsewhere trust me it will be way less hassle

I REALLY LIKE THE SERVICE OF THIS CLINIC.SPECIALLY THE MAMMOGRAM TECHNICIAN BHAVNA WHO ASSIST MY MOTHER DURING HER MAMMOGRAM AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE IN ANICE WAY.
