Contact UsRobert Bracey is the President and CEO of Quartet Service Inc. Under his leadership, the company expanded five-fold since he took it over in receivership in 2001, and has become one of the most reputable MSPs in Toronto, Ontario. Bracey is also the co-President of the VentureTech Network, North America's largest IT service provider association.Before presiding over Quartet, Bracey earned an Honors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and completed his Japanese MBA at Keio University in Tokyo under full scholarship. He served on faculty at Western's Business School and lectured at University of Toronto. In 1987, Bracey co-authored 'Canadian Small Business – An Entrepreneur's Plan,' the first textbook about Canadian entrepreneurship.His previous experience in consulting, sales and management includes roles at Nortel and Coopers & Lybrand.
