Very Rude

I totally agree with the last post. These are the rudest people ever. The flowers that they sent seemed to have no card. When I called to complain and left a message, they called back and accused me of “rambling” and being “uncivil”. They complained that I complained and called the family at the funeral home liars. Rather than calm me down, they seemed to go out of their way to upset me. Then they accused me of not respecting them. They are lucky that they are at a good location, because their customer service is awful.

WOW...these people are the RUDEST I have ever encounterd. Takes 3 days to get a receipt for a simple 100 $ transaction. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
