Excellent service but very uneven food quality...
Excellent service but very uneven food quality. Chicken Katsu Dondori was deep fried, burned and ineditable. The rice was soaked in vegetable broth and the brocolli tasted raw. Maki combo was discolored and poorly prepared, wasabi just seemed off. Terrible meal over all.

Excellent lightly fried shrimp tempura are a step...
Excellent lightly fried shrimp tempura are a step above the run of the mill over-breaded tempura found at most affordable Toronto Japanese restaurants. The staff is friendly but somewhat slow re-filling water. Soft shell crab is above average and the sushi (salmon, tuna, ebi, kani) is very good. Overall a very good dining experience in a casual atmosphere with competitive prices ($12-16 for mains)
