Formed on January 1, 2011, ERTH Business Technologies Inc. consolidated a group of companies within ERTH Corporation that provided information technology services and conservation and demand management services. Key amongst those consolidated companies are: SPi Group Inc., a leading provider of services to North American electricity and gas markets since 2001. ECALIBER Inc., a leading provider of services to North American electricity markets. By doing so, we positioned ourselves as market leaders to help businesses meet both the ongoing and the upcoming challenges facing the utility industry. Our focus is on providing mission-critical systems and industry expertise to the North American and world energy industry and we already possess a rich pedigree and history of success: We played an integral role in the success of the Ontario retail electricity market over the past decade. Taking a leading role in forming and running an industry working group with members from nearly one hundred market participants (each with competing priorities and disparate systems) leading to the development of a common market standard.
