A scene from the Myth of Sisyphus, by Albert Camus, offers that when life's burden becomes too much, all you need is the Cool Hand Of A Girl. We chose this name as a metaphor for an urban culinary oasis; a place where you can find a refreshing and nutritious seasonal menu. We only use fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, butter, sea salt, pure maple syrup, organic cane sugar and spelt flour in our cooking and baking.
