I ordered flowers on feb13 at 9:30am for delivery on the feb 14 between 12-4. I was having a bit of trouble following there web site so I phoned the store and this guy walked me through the site. He ask my name and said he would watch for my order. I ordered an arrangement called "VALENTINES MAGIC" . The "MAGIC" is your money disappears and you never see the flowers. They changed the delivery to Feb 15 and now its the 18th and no flowers. Like other blogs I have read my experience was the same. You have to call about 20 times to get anyone to answer and if you are "lucky" you will get this rude guy that won't let you speak and then he hangs up. I contacted my cc company to see if I can get my money back but the other bloggers say you will never see your money again. Stay away from this company

It is a fraud! Don’t buy from this company. I ordered flowers from them. They sent ugly and dried flowers different than what I had ordered!!When I called them, they were rude and neglect. When I checked my cc, I found that they charged me more than the price appears on the website. I went to their location and it was fake no physical location for them. I called them several time asking about their location, and every time, they responded by dropping the phone!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend had flowers delivered to me for my birthday. They arrived around 3pm that day and looked nice. The next day I got to work and they had started to die already! By the next morning they had turned a dark red almost black and were limp. I called the store to see if there was anything that could be done and was told to send an email and they would get back to me. I did and waited. I called back a week later and left my number for the manager/owner. I heard nothing after another phone call I finally reached the owner on my fourth call. I told him I was calling because I had a problem with the delivery they had made to me and he said I need to bring the flowers in. I told him it had taken me three weeks to get a hold of him and that I had never been instructed to bring them in by any of his employees I spoke with. He told me there was nothing he could do and that he provides good service and then he hung up on me!!! I would highly recommend you choose another flower shop to do business with.

Terrible business. Screwed up my wedding anniversary by failing to deliver roses to the restaurant on time. They were an hour late with no explanation or concern.
