Great Service
After shopping around the area, we ended up at Dunn's in St. Catharines. Andy and Natalie provided lots of info on Canadian made furniture. We ordered two leather sofas and an upholstered occasional chair with ottoman in mid October at very good prices. We were told they would arrive before Christmas. As Christmas neared it appeared we may not get the furniture due to some problems at the manufacturing end. Long story short - once the furniture was ready Andy sent a truck to the manufacturer to pick it up instead of waiting for the manufacturer to deliver. He delivered all the furniture on his day off right before Christmas. It was a pleasure to work with Natalie in the customizing of our accent pieces.

2 sofas
I custom ordered 2 sofas from Dunn's and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. I thought that having a sofa made exactly the way I wanted would cost a fortune but at Dunn's it cost the same amount as it would to buy something pre-made off the floor. Natalie was amazing at translating my description of what i wanted into a gorgeous set. It doesn't get any better than having an interior designer in store to turn your dream into reality! We couldn't be happier with our old-English style sofas and the custom nail-head detail just finished off the whole look. We found Dunn's Bestway to be very economical; their staff was cheerful and it was an overall wonderful experience. I'm so glad I stopped in there. I will definitely be buying more pieces there in the future!

Best Service, Helpful Staff
I live out of town and was buying some furniture for my Mother. Since my father passed I've found it hard to be there as much as I liked. The staff at Dunns were so helpful and amazing> My mother who was reluctant at first to allow me to buy her anything because she said it was going to be too much work for her,she ended up extremely happy. Thank you so much for all your work and making my mother feel like one of the family. Geoff John

Received terrible customer service! Ordered at the begining of November and was told it would be 4weeks. After paying in full, received call saying it would be upto 4months! Told them that I would be cancelling if I found something else, which I did. When they found out that I wanted to cancel, they told me the item was on its way! Wow what a coincidence! So I kept my order with them, a few weeks went by and I had to call them to see what was going on. I was told the item was "dirty" and the distributer sent it back!?! So I was stuck with the 4month wait again! Long story short...I had missing furniture for Christmas, they wouldn't do anything to fix the issue...wouldn't even give us a loner. I am done with this business! 0 out of 10 rating...and that is generous!
