Chef Chris Antonin Kanka has been in the culinary scene for over 20 years. He comes to us from such notable restaurants in Toronto such as Monsoon, Taboo Resort, The Historic Distillery Restaurant group and Toronto's 4-star, Thai dining restaurant Bangkok Garden and Elmwood Spa. He has also traveled and cooked in many countries around the world.Not only does Christopher have a wide and experienced variety of culinary tastes to draw upon, he is also accredited with being a master smoker, butcher and more notably fishmonger having mastered these skills in Toronto's busy St. Lawrence Market.Christopher's most recent accolade however, has to be his acceptance onto the hit Food Network TV show Top Chef Canada where he was chosen out of 10,000 applicants from across Canada to compete against 15 other chefs for the title of Top Chef Canada."I have lived, breathed and dreamt of nothing since I started my culinary journey except to one day own my own establishment"
