I DO NOT recommend Grace Family Optical to anyone. THeir price is cheap, I agree with that but their service sucks and is very unprofessional. For example, I bought a pair of glasses about 9 months ago and the lens cracked, and my frames were a bit scratched up, so I called them up and asked if it would cost me to have the lens repaired and they charged me for it, and I don't believe they should because it is less than 1 year I bought the glasses. I asked if I could get another frame because it was scratched and the guy said yes and he looked it up on the computer and said there is another frame for me, the one I currently have. So my husband went to Pacific Mall one weekend, and I couldn't go to pick up my glasses for me, and they gave me back my old frames!!!! Can you believe that??? THey promised me a new frame and lied!!!! How unprofessional is that???? If I were there, I would so yell at them for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GRACE FAMILY OPTICAL TO ANYONE!!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER!!!!
