I have been looking for an authentic source of Mediterranean delicacies for years.  My search is finally over!  Arz Fine Foods is second to none.  I live in Milton and gladly make the trek to Scarborough to visit this gem.  Just go once, try their freshly homemade dishes and desserts, and you will be hooked.  I'm especially fond of the kafta rolls, the unbelievably fresh tabouli and the extensive selection of the best baklava I've ever tasted. You will not be disappointed, it's worth the drive to Scarborough.

By far, the most complete Mediterranean grocery and bakery in the GTA. Have a delicious coffee at the café with any of their excellent baklava of kenefe. Better yet, take a load off and try either (or both) the chicken or beef shawerma. You'll be glad you did!
