Simple - never again

Simple - never again. The food is below par. My wife and I have gone several times. So it's not like we went once and the restatuarant was having an off-day. The fish was scorched underneath, the vegetables were mushy and the chicken souvlaki dry. The waiters were indifferent, no personality and it seemed as it they didn't care that we were there. The place did not have any atmosphere, it was depressing. There are so many other good Greek restaurants in the city and Arkadia is not one of them.

better than the danforth

Parking on the Danforth is always annoying. Not at Arkadia House. I would rather pay a bit extra for a qaulity meal, and none on the parking.

THE BEST GREEK FOOD IN THE GTA!!!

I have no clue what some people are saying is greasy!??!! This place rocks! Yeah the service is old school but it is quick. No annoying young waiter/waitresses annoying you with their name and stuff. Just solid service! My wife and I can have a full scene meal in just over an hour. A great place to eat, even on a weeknight! We have ordered take out several times and have NEVER been let down. We eat in at least once a month and have tried many different things on the menu. Try the Prime Rib, it blows others away! Anyways, I have eaten at Greek restaurants all over the GTA for almost 25 years now and Arkadia House rates at the very top! Never mind trying to park down on The Danny for Greek Food, park for free and right in front of the restaurant here! JJ

We had our son's christening reception at this...

We had our son's christening reception at this restaurant. There were about 70 guests. The upper level of the restaurant accommodated us just fine. The quality of service was excellent. The food was fabulous and the price was very reasonable. All our guests loved the experience. We will be hosting my daughter's christening reception at the Arkadia House as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The Arkadia House always has the biggest souvlaki...

The Arkadia House always has the biggest souvlaki chunks ever. The food was fresh and hot, and tasted great. The dining room was deserted, but the order still took 10-12 minutes to complete. The lone chef seemed to be swamped with a large pick-up order.

This restaurant is number 1!! It's our home away from home restaurant. The food is fresh and very tasty and wholesome. The service is also top notch. Arkadia is our favourite restaurant.
