Run fast and far from this store!! I bought a "new" TV from this store only to get home and find it heavily scratched and obviously very "used". I called the store and asked how it was that it was so scratched and he said he was "surprised" as it "came from the factory". Upon returning to the store hoping to resolve the situation my salesman ran to the hills and another gentleman dealt with me. He showed me a few other replacement TV's that had obvious damage, I asked who his supplier was and whether they were used TV's from perhaps a Hotel or maybe too damaged for the Manufacturer to refurbished and all I got was the runaround; never getting an answer. Upon closer inspection of other boxes in the store I saw that ALL the boxes were not factory sealed and obviously some sort of repack. in the end I was unable to get a refund and an exchange was out of the question as every TV was dinged or scratched so why bother. The sales tactics here are underhanded and it doesn't stop at the store, go to their website www.activecircuitsinc.com and you will see that you can buy items on line and nowhere on the website do they tell the consumer that the items are used. As I sit here watching my scratched TV I beg of you....RUN!!
