After having a not so pleasant experience at Volkswagen Villa I decided to go to Volkswagen Richmond Hill. Can you say Night and Day. The satff here are respectful and amazing. The gentleman in the service department named Chris diagnosed my problem within minutes. the previous dealership hadn't figured it out for weeks. They were so great, so courteous,Lauranne in the service department was amazing. they put the service under my warranty coverage whereas the other place had wrongfully continously charged me for the covered services. They fixed the car quickly and I didn't pay a penny ! everything was covered. They also gave me some valuable information about the car. Let me tell you I will recommend them to ANYONE who wants to buy, lease, or service their VOlkswagen. even if it is out of your way, save yourself the hassle of dealing with not so great people and deal with them. They are competent, capable and amazing. I am not in the car industry, not their family member, just a very very happy and satisfied customer. Serriously,,, they rock !!! Thank you VW Richmond Hill
