This business is useless, when the engineer in this case is Jacek Swiderski that doesn't have experience with hydro electric turbines. None of the turbines he designed using CFD performed like they were supposed. Lack of knowledge basically. Go see larger companies, you will not only be better served, but you will save money and your project.
