GPMS has been providing property management services to clients in Durham Region and the Eastern Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Founded in 1989 as Guardian Property Management Services Ltd., GPMS has been providing property management services to clients in Durham Region and the Eastern GTA. GPMS was established as a partnership between two Registered Condominium Managers both of whom had not only been condominium owners but also served as members of the Board of Director's for their respective corporations. Their experience developed from the ground up and is the foundation on which GPMS understands and meets the needs of homeowners to this day. GPMS manages a portfolio of Condominium Corporations ranging from single story dwellings through luxury town homes, low-rise, high-rise and commercial/industrial developments and has experienced a steady and well organized growth in the years since inception. It is our willingness to offer Condominium Corporations personalized service tailored to the individual needs of each corporation that has been the basis of our success over the years.
