Have been here many times and it just kept getting worse and worse. The last straw was a club sandwich that was serviced cold and made with cold cuts. The service can be ok depending on who is serving you and how busy they are. We have had our orders forgotten or it to take over an hour to get our food. I believe any business can have a bad day and deserves a second chance. I gave the Firehall more than a second chance and was disappointed far to often to ever want to go there again

I thought I had seen it all until I walked into the Fire Hall. There was hair in my food, my pop was like sugar water with no fizz, conditions were unsanitary, I witnessed a manager being extremely rude to one of her waitresses. I will not go back. If not for the food then for the 1 hour wait, if not for the wait, then because I have morals.

I used to go to this grill all the time and quite often had company functions here. However, a female bartender there whose name starts with a "K" seems to have a very arrogant rude attitude. When I merely questioned her attitude she barked "WELL DO YOU WANT YOUR BILL THEN!!!????" I have never been made to feel this way at a restaurant and I will NEVER go there again.

The wings are good, but other then that the rest...
The wings are good, but other then that the rest of the food is adequate. I have been several times and really didn't expect much from a place called 'the firehall" so was not disappointed. Service is slow (is not the waitress fault she was cheerful and helpful).

Shockingly appalling service!
food and atmosphere were ok...entertainment pretty good. Service was so painfully slow and shockingly rude. Working in the industry myself, I am probably more understanding than others about table service. Not so in the slightest in this case. I will never be back to this establishment, unless they do something...ANYTHING... about their wait staff.

Only good for the wings
The wings any night of the week are good. Tuesday is the half price wings night for only the small (8 wings) and regular (13 wings) size orders. It's usually 1 hour wait and the service is substandard not just Tuesday nights but any night of the week. It's a Molson bar so the selection of beer is limited to Molson, Sleeman, Richards, Coors Light, and Heineken. I recommend only going for the wings.

Should be a franchise!
Away from home on a course for a month! Stumled upon this restaurant it was the next best thing to being home.Great friendly efficient service! Great value for money! Returned the next night! If I lived cloder it would definitely be my reataurant of choice! Wish my family could have experienced it with me! :)

It should be illegal to buy wings anywhere else in the province. The wings here are great. The rest of the food is hit or miss in taste, but the drinks are awesome the wings are great, the restaurant is good for families and dates, great parking!

We received our dinners. One of us found a hair in her dinner. OK that happens. we return the dinner ask for another. Receive another dinner. anager does not say a word. Just walks on by. So I stop him tell him about it. He said that he would look into it. Comes back said we did not find a hair in the dinner. Well we pulled it out. we did not think to keep the hair. so he in so many words said we were tring to pull one on him. Ya that is what we do go around and pretend to have haFire Hall again. Hire so good managers!!!! Or smart ones.

The wings are the best. I love the wings. Never really go there for anything else. The atmosphere is pretty good. the service sometimes is a little on the cool/cold side, but it's understandable that they have alot of work because it's always been super busy when i've gone.

This was our second time visiting for their New Years Day brunch buffet. The first time around was good in an average kind of way, but our second experience showed some nice improvements. The food was well prepared, nicely presented and was generally good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall a positive experience; we will be returning.

I've read most of the reviews and wondered if those with the negative comments were even in the same restaurant! We have always enjoyed the service, food and ambiance of the restaurant; even to the point of having Doug and his knowledgeable staff cater our wedding. The food was a hit that night also. What else can one say? Excellent!!!

It was cold outside and we had shooting on the beach, when I arrived with hot wings, fries and various pub lunch fare to warm up the cast and crew. We were too hungry and grateful to judge the food, which hit the right spot for all of us! I was amazed at how generous Doug and the staff at the firehall were to our project as well as other Bronte restaurants. They wanted to support a community effort and said yes as soon as I asked them for their help!
