Our goal is to help people navigate the mortgage process to their advantage. It means taking a holistic approach to finding clients the best mortgage for their circumstances. Not only including rate, but also pre-payment penalties and potential future borrowing needs. We work with a variety of lenders and not every lender is right for every client. Working in Norwood, we see many rural properties which are amazing, but not every lender is willing to consider properties that are on well and septic. On every file, be that a purchase, refinance, second mortgage or reverse mortgage, we aim to connect people with the right lender for them, their property and their future financial goals.
