York Construction Academy (YCA) opened in 2001 and is registered as a Private Career College under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. YCA provides a hands-on learning experience for individuals pursuing a career in the construction and renovations industry. YCA programs include pre-apprenticeship training, carpentry courses, home renovation courses, and more. With a 93% employment success rate, our construction programs are developed to adequately train workers for entry-level positions in the construction and renovations field. Our programs consist of 25% theory, and 75% percent hands on training.
