I had a similar experience. She cut my dogs nails so short it bled. Since then she hates her nails being clipped. Also without our permission she cut our Coton De Tuleaur's hair so short you could her flesh. why because she was too lazy to deal with some matts. quite frankly she traumatized my dog. I will never go to her again and I advice all dog owners to stay away from this dog spa. She is totally unprofessional, dishonest and ruthless.
