Service department isn't open on Saturdays? That's absurd.

My first review was not posted for some reason... maybe because it was not positive. Lets see if the powers that be will post my review this time. My wife and I walk into this dealership, took a couple of vehicles for a test run, this was the BEST part of our visit. When we sat down to line up a deal to purchase the vehicle, we were told that we would HAVE to take options we didn't want, nor were they required. Also, and this is funny, we were told that the colour we wanted could not be had because the manufacturer was not producing them in our colour any longer due to lack of demand. Needless to say we left, and found exactly what we were looking for somewhere else close by. The expert sales team could greatly improve their product knowledge level and respect their potential customers more.
