Rob Crowe from Jay Carter Roofing presented a clear, easy to understand estimate. Jay Carter’s office followed up after I met with Rob. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I decided to go ahead with the work. I was given a start date with a three day window. The work began as scheduled the crew was quick and did a good job of cleaning up. Rob returned with the appropriate paperwork and even gave an extremely beneficial extended warranty that their competitors offered. The whole experience was simple and easy. I can easily recommend Jay Carter Roofing .

I have a building on the corner of Ave Rd and Davenport that needed a new roof but was a very complicated job as the Hydro wires were 3 feet from the building and traffic was a major concern. I had more than 15 roofers look at the job and not one was interested, everyone of them told me it was the most complicated roof job they have ever seen! All this being said Jay told me he could do the job and then presented me with a quote that was very fair. His company did an amazing job that was well organized on time and budget. I had my roof done by Jay Carter Roofing three years ago. I recently discovered insulation and shingles in my back yard. I immediately called Jay Carter Roofing to inspect the work. They responded within 1 hr of my call. Robert from Jay Carter Roofing inspected my roof and informed me that squirrels had eaten threw a roof vent damageing the roof. I was impressed that Robert backed up his findings with pictures. I was surprised to see the damage. I was more surprised when Robert asked if he could call an exterminator to remove the pest before he made the repairs. I agreed to his request and the exterminator and Robert returned the next. The squirrels were removed and the damage to my roof was repaired. I naturally expected an invoice for the service provided by Jay Carter Roofing and the exterminator. The bill was only $150.00 for the cost of the exterminator. There was no charge for Roberts’s time or repair. I was happy with the original installation and even more satisfied with Jay Carter Roofing’s commitment to after sale service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest Roofer.
