Excellent Service, Pricing and Followup
I contacted many roofers before deciding to select Dell. Andy was prompt, courteous and very professional. The pricing was excellent. Work was completed on time, cleanup fantastic, the crew very professional and respectful. The followup was above average as well. The company even fixed several eaves problems I had at no extra charge. If you need your roof repaired, or just information about your roof, these are honest and reliable people to work with. I found the office staff very professional and helpful....you won't be disappointed using this company!

Etiquette
The Women who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Someone should teach her about Customer Service, and the way to handle people. She just was atrocious.
