Collins Barrow Brown Inc. is licensed by the federal government to act as a Trustee in Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposal Administrator. Based in Ottawa, it has offices across eastern Ontario, including: Ottawa East, Centre & West, Arnprior, Carleton Place, Kemptville, Smiths Falls and Winchester. The practice is led by David Brown. He has been working exclusively in the bankruptcy and debt re-structuring profession since 1982. Mr. Brown is a chartered accountant, chartered insolvency and re-structuring professional and a licensed trustee in bankruptcy.
