Centre for Neuropsychology and Emotional Wellness offers psycho-diagnostic, psycho-educational, neuropsychological, and gifted assessments. We provide individual psychotherapy for adults in a supportive environment to help deal with a variety of life?s challenges and guide them to emotional wellness. Our therapeutic style is warm, caring, and emphatically responsive. We offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to express your inner most feelings, explore your current struggles, and expand your self awareness. We help you learn skills and tools to feel more present, relaxed and engaged in your daily life. Our work is considered to be client-driven becau se we believe intervention works best when it is congruent with your way of thinking and being in the world. We are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). Trained in a scientist-practitioner model, our treatment methods are grounded in evidence-based practice.
