No complaints. Food is good and value is great. Especially great for lunches. Recommended! 4 stars only because location and access is not ideal.

I don't know how anyone can write a bad review on this place. Very good food and a great portions for you buck! We eat here often and have never had a complaint with the food, and very few with the service and any complaint we may have had was looked after promptly and compensated for greatly. The food here is all freshly prepared and not brought in pre-portioned and frozen like many of the other sports bars are. The menu is large, and I think that is a good thing. There are to many places we eat that only have one or two entrees we go there for. Tiger Jack's tries to have a little something for everyone and do it quite well. They have excellent lunch specials that they change up frequently. If you live or work close by and are a regular lunch visitor there will always be a variation of choices. The nightly specials are never disappointing. Steak night is the best deal around for a nice juicy steak, and the ribs are the best in the city! Bottomless soup (which is always great) and salad. Hard to find that anymore. Check it out. It's a keeper!

My wife and I used to be regulars at Tiger Jacks... EVERY Friday for about a year. Then we ordered a couple of "jack" burgers with lettuce caked in dirt. We requested a manager when the waitress did not seem interested in rectifying the issue. Not only did she (and others working at the time) LIE for the manager (oh ya, they're not here? All of the sudden?) they gave us NO restitution for the dirt burgers but instead (because we are now afraid of ordering ANYTHING with lettuce) offered salads. Feel something crunchy between your teeth? You must have eaten at Tiger Jacks! >;{

A very large roadhouse style restaurant. The decor is antiques, old news clippings, sports memorabilia, overall quite nostalgic. I sat in one of the booths with three others. Not busy when I was there, and the service was great, though I'd expect it to be when a place isn't busy. Anyway, the waiter was quite good and helped me decide on my order. I do agree with some other previous comments about the menu being all over the place. It's quite large and can create some confusion as to what to order, but at least they have variety. I had a wrap with chicken with their house BBQ sauce which is delicious. Beer was fresh and tasty. Prices were competitive and about what I'd expect. I've been here since then for drinks, and at night it seemed to have turned into a makeshift night club at the bar side. Still a good place to visit during the day for a good meal.

Went in for lunch on a Sunday, was not too busy, service was decent, food was good, would probably visit again.

My boyfriend and i love Tiger Jacks. He took me there after spending a day carshopping, i was bored, and tired and cold. The service was amazing, the servers are always great and attentive. Quickly becoming my favourite resturaunt.

If you haven't been there you don't know what your missin.

Loved their fancy drinks - very colorful and very tasty. Whole wheat pizza on thin crust with sausage, bacon and mushrooms was excellent but unfortunately they forgot to add the sundried tomatoes and jalapenos as I requested. At least they didn't try to charge me for them. Quesadillas were also delicious. Even though they were busy, the waitress was attentive and friendly and service was quick. Except for the missing items on the pizza, I was very impressed with the flavour and quality of the food for a roadhouse-type fare. I will be coming back again.

IT was great food and an awsome service the water that we got was so friendly and nice. He sung happy birthday to me and made me feel special that it was my birthday. overall it was the best restruant ever!!!

Very large portions of very good food. Excellent service. Go Thursday nights for the biggest slab of ribs I've ever seen served in a restaurant. They hang over both sides of oversized plates. If you go Saturday's you need to try the cheddar jalpeno soup! Awesome place.

You can't ask much more from a resturant. Service was great, never had to wait to ask any questions or concerns we had. I haven't had a bad meal yet, and the garlic bread is the biggest i've seen for the price you pay!

The place was busy at 6:30 PM. We were cheerfully greeted at the door by the hostess. Told our table would be a few minutes so we waited in the bar area. Service in the bar was as expected. Busy area. But wait staff did say sorry for the wait time. (less than 5 minutes) When the time came to go into the dining area, we met our server. Very polite and appeared to enjoy her job. Always smiling and courteous. The food portions were as mentioned in another review. Ribs hung over the plate. Meat practically fell off the bone. Mashed potatos were, well, mashed potatos, but butter garlic certainly made them better. Price was quite reasonable. Atmosphere, although dimly lit, was quite relaxing. Other wait staff eager to help or answer any questions. I know we'll be going back there again in the future.

Large wooden benches with big tables. Friendly staff. Food OK good selection on the menu and reasonable prices. Portions are fair with the price. A good place but not great.
