His educational background includes a degree from Queen's University in physical and health education and geography. Aaron has taken courses in nutrition, bio-mechanics, anatomy and several other fitness related courses. His athletic background includes weight training for the past 25 years and was also a member of the varsity football team at Queen's University in 1990/1991.
