Halls Carpet Service Ltd. began as a small start up installation service company in London in 1972, by Chris Halls. The company's main focus was to offer installation to contractors, builders, and residential clients who already had flooring, but needed some one to install the product. Word quickly spread through South Western Ontario that Halls had the ability to store and install large quantities of flooring at competitive pricing and expert service. With a stable of 30-40 installers, Halls Carpet took on some of the largest jobs in Ontario. Apartment buildings, office towers, and sub-divisions of housing, there was no job too big or small.
