In August of 1985 Fitness Forum officially opened, a $3.5 million, 39,000 square foot facility. Incorporating aspects of traditional racquet clubs, aerobic studios and gyms, Fitness Forum launched a complete one stop fitness facility unique to Canada. Fitness Forum has a proud tradition of serving Londoners. Since our 1985 opening we have received a number of prestigious achievements. The club was rated by the Gallup Organization, as commissioned by the International Health and Racquet Sport Association, as one of the Top 5 Fitness Clubs in North America, and the Top Fitness Club in Canada. The club has also been recognized as the White Oaks Community Business of the Year, a Finalist in the Annual London Customer Service Award, and runner up in the London Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business of the Year Award.
