For those in need of a reputable Spa, look no further! I have been to many in the city of London and surrounding areas and I must say, these girls have what it takes, to make you feel and look wonderful! This is a very professional, clean, hospitable and economical Spa to attend. I have been attending for several years now and have ALWAYS been accommodated, and treated with respect like one of the family. The end result is beautiful and I am complimented many times on the various services that I have had done. I am asked regularly, "where do you go?" I am very proud to always offer up the name "Fantastic Nails"! Try it, you will love it.
Wonderful salon and staff
I have been a client at Fantastic Nails for over four years and I won't go anywhere else. I first went there after I heard a radio ad that mentioned they sterilize their equipment (the place I was going to did not do that). I became a regular because the service I receive is always professional and the staff is very warm and welcoming. All the ladies know my name, even though my appointments are always with Trang.

Fantastic Nails is THE place to go! Phuong, Tran, Tin, Susie and Tina always have a warm welcome for you. Relaxing, clean environment with the most awesome massage chairs! There is a very wide range of assorted services available. These ladies have been taking care of me for 4 1/2 years now... and I wouldn't even THINK about going anywhere else.
Phuong has always been very supportive of local charities and donates manicures to be auctioned off to raise even more money :) which I totally appreciate.
Now I just have to figure out how to steal one of those chairs ;)

Absolutely Fantastic!
I cannot begin to give enough praise to Phong and her staff. From my very first appointment at Fantastic Nails they have all been so very helpful. I am a disabled person and require extra help and I know that I can go into Fantastic Nails and Spa and get exactly that. Having tried a few other establishments in London since moving here I have finally found the best - manicures/pedicures/waxing - in Fantastic Nails - a big extra thanks to Trane for her patience and kindness.

I am a long time client of Fantastic Nails and Spa. I have tried many of the services they offer - gel nail, pedicure, facial, eyelash extensions, permanent make up - and I have always been extremely happy with the result. Phuong and her excellent staff provide wonderful customer service, the environment is extremely welcoming and the salon immaculate. If you haven't tried Fantastic Nails you are missing out on a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Fantastic Nails and Spa for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had a head massage, gel polish, gel nails, manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing done here and all these services have been excellent.
The environment in the spa is very welcoming and enjoyable.
A very important part is that it is IMMACULATE.

Fantastic Nails is not the typical nail salon. Phuong and her staff are dedicated to providing their clients with amazing service and use only top quality products. They go above and beyond to provide a relaxing experience and the customer service is amazing. They prioritize cleanliness and even use a medical quality autoclave to sterilize their tools. My favourite thing is meeting my friends at the salon for a relaxing manicure and pedicure. Their pedicure chairs are so comfortable! They offer a wide range of services that include eye lash extensions, facials and permanent make up. I guarantee you will have a FANTASTIC experience at this salon!

I have tried several nail salons in London and there is nothing out there that compares with Fantastic Nails. Phuong and her staff are the ultimate professionals and yet at the same time they are friendly and make a sincere effort to get to know the customers. The service is excellent and the products are first class. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Te salon is always clean and tidy. Its amazing that every client that walks through the door has their own stuff for manicures and pedicures. Due to an emergency, I had to get my nails done elsewhere and they did a horrible job. Other people thought it was okay but have been to Fantastic Nails before, I knew the difference in quality. To top if off, the other place really damaged my nails. I came back within days to Phuong to have them fixed. She recommended the Entity gel and I love it. It's so thin and light. I'm hooked. I also had eyelash extensions done, and that was the best thing I could have done! Didn't need to wear any mascara on my honeymoon! Painless and simple procedure. OK PEOPLE....these ladies are seriously amazing. I had my nails done for my wedding and one accidentally came off. I had it fixed by another business because of time constraints --not fantastic nails! BOY was i sorry! Even though the nails that was fixed looked okay it was no where near the job that Phuong at fantastic nails did and when the one nail was removed the other company had damaged my nail.
I highly higly recommend these ladies at fantastic nails and spa. They are first class pros. I will tell all my friends and come back to them again and again!

I recently had my eyebrows tattooed on by Fong at Fantastic Nails & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in permanant makeup. The salon itself, and the room where the proceedure took place more importantly, was impecably clean. This was one of the two main factors in choosing this salon as opposed to another, as well as the Fong's impressive portfolio. It was a relatively painless proceedure. (I almost fell asleep during the tattooing) I also have several art tattoos and found them extremely painful compared to this proceedure which was mildly painful. (A 2 or 3 out of 10 on a scale of severety of pain) I would recommend having a Tylenol handy for immediately after though because I had a terrible headache after for a few hours due to, I think, the location. All in all, I would do it again for sure and likely will...I want to get my eyeliner done next!
