Recently I needed to replace the side fan on my computer, it was done quickly while I waited with prices that are well within the standards of others retailers. I have also recently needed to replace my power supply, it was making a lot of noise. I took it in and they said they would run a diagnostic for me to ensure that there were no other problems. Which was fine by me because who knows what a faulty power supply might have done to other parts. Within 24 hours they had run a diagnostic to determine nothing else had been damaged. The power supply did make the noise while they had it but eventually the noise stopped. I didn't hesitate to tell them to go ahead and replace it anyway as I didn't want to take the chance. They also, after getting a look at my computer, told me that the power supply I had picked out as being closest to the old power supply in wattage but still 50 watts higher...was not actually needed and that I could actually go down to a 650 watt power supply and have no problem running my full system...thus saving me 50 bucks. They worked hard to get it to me before the close of the day so I had my computer back within about 24 hours of bringing it in. Diagnostic fee is well within standard pricing and actually considerably lower than a few of the chain retailers pricing. They have a competitive fee for install, again with a couple chain retailers being considerably more. Plus they saved me 50 bucks on the power supply. So overall a great experience, as all of my experiences with them have been. They saved me 50 bucks. That kind of service doesn't happen much anymore as most stores seem to be more interested in making the money rather than keeping a customer. Highly recommend this store for service needs as well as competitive prices on just about all computer and computer related items. Thanks guys!

What can you say about Computer Liquidators besides excellence? Their expertise and technical knowledge go far beyond that of other stores. They are professional, and wonderful to work with. Having known them for over 10 years I can honestly say I highly recommend them. Just a note that the other so called bad reviews are from their business competitors. Absolutely horrible experience... took my laptop there because a game wouldn't install... they ran a diagnostics just to return it to me not working... I paid 70 bucks for them to break my laptop. And they said there was an issue with the video before... like c'mon I would have brought it in for that reason first! The manager was no help either... making useless arguments and being very rude. Take your items to a more trusted, reliable, and competent place.
