When you call, you will be asked about the issues you want to talk about so that we can make sure you are matched with the best Dietitian for your needs. You may be asked to fill in some diet assessment sheets and bring them to your appointment so that we can provide you with personalized advice. Your first appointment will last one hour so that we can understand your current diet and nutrition goals and concerns, your relevant medical and lifestyle issues, and your current medications and supplements. Follow-up appointments, if they are needed, may be shorter. We offer appointments at our office, where you live, or at other mutually agreeable locations.
