Sparkle Clean Car Wash

I used this car wash today for the first time. When my car came through they had removed my child's car seat. Anyone who has a car seat knows how hard it is to install. When I asked them what they were thinking they had no answer other than they were vaccuming.Never ever been to a car wash that did not vacuum around the car seat. it is BASIC! I explained I wanted my money back as I would have to pay to get the seat reinstalled. They said they could not do that. They then refused to give me a business card so I could call the Manager.Who does that? I have called twice today and they have not returned my calls. A google reviewer had a similar experience including car damages not being reimbursed. Never go!!! It cost me $20 to get my car washed and another $50 to have my car seat re-installed. NO basic customer service skills.

They did a great job on my car. I did not do detailing for 5 years and decided to take my car to sparkle Kleen.... I did some reasearch on net and could not find good recomendation in this price range (100). When I got my car back it was like new exept some residue from the white cleaning solution wich I had to clean few days after... but carpets and leather was like new!!!
