I was so bothered by the way I was spoken to by the “owner’s wife”. I found Leaside plumbing on Google and gave a ring asking for a plumbing quote. The lady that answered asked me what I was doing calling her as she said she heard me typing- has she never heard of multi-tasking? She then stated someone would call me back and I said I just wanted to know if you provided free quotes, if not I didn’t need a ring back. She proceeded to ask me if I listened to her and she is the wife’s owner so he would hear of no problems if I complained of how I was being talked to. She then had the courage to call me back saying I was rude- I'm sure she reflects her and her husband's values and no service or respect will be given. I didn't think Customer Service reps actually spoke to people like that....it is 2013!!

Waking up to a house that was 58F on one of the coldest days of the winter meant I needed a heating/plumbing contractor immediately. An early morning call to Tom at Leaside Plumbing & Heating was all it took. Within two hours a freindly & very polite service technician was at my door ready to fix the problem. He was able to assess the situation and correct it immediately at a very reasonable price. Happy as I was to have the heat back on I was more impressed the technician's parting words "I am greatful that I could help, it makes my day". It made mine as well.
