Burgess Veterinary Emergency Clinic

Our young dog was hit by a car. We rushed her in and was greeted by staff who spent the majority of their time writing up a bill rather than rushing to get our dog care. We felt the only priority by the vet was to get a large down payment immediately (as this car accident happened so fast, I did not have my wallet as I rushed my dog to the vet). I highly recommend against this vet if you have the chance, I would 100% go somewhere else. And if you dont have at least a $1000+ deposit on you just to get to the diagnosis stage, I would pray nothing is wrong with your animal. We ended up getting so frustrated with their service and the wait we had to take our dog somewhere else (the other vet immediately did the x-rays and within minutes we knew where things stood). Wasted time for a dying dog. Burgess= No compassion, no empathy. Their mission statement should be: We Are in it for the money.
