The Gown

I bought my wedding dress from The Gown and loved it...definately one of the best stores that you must visit if you are shopping around. I went all over Yorkville and in comparison, the selection was so much better and the price whoa what can I say!! Highly recommend you take the drive and visit this store.

I had a wonderful experience at The Gown in Aurora. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were there to answer all of my questions and were very patient with our bridal party. I really enjoyed being able to book an appointment and have the store to myself, having the personal experience was really amazing compared to other places where they weren't very helpful and I was left to look through racks upon racks of dresses. I not only found my wedding dress here but also my bridal party purchased their dresses and my mother found a dress she loved as well! I really loved the staff there and the wonderful experience. My wedding day was everything I could hope for and I want to thank the staff at The Gown for making that happen.

This boutique is a MUST visit! The Gown is the perfect store to find THE Gown. They have completely private appointments and cater to only you within your appointment. It is a small and cozy boutique style setup, but the selection is beautiful and the prices are not that of what you would typically see in such an elegant boutique style store like this. Their prices are fantastic! The service you will receive in this store stands so tall above any other local store, and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and so welcoming. They have a small space, but they have everything from wedding gowns, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, to flower girls, accessories and shoes! You won't be let down, you have to check THE GOWN out, just like I did!

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received! My 3 bridesmaids and MOH purchased their dresses from you and all the dresses are at LEAST 2-3 sizes larger! My MOHs maternity dress (that was highly recommended) is like 10 sizes too big. My girls counted on you and your expertise to fit and size them properly and trusted your advice and now everyone has dresses that are waaaay too big and are going to need expensive alterations. Its an interesting coincidence that all the dresses were too big, do you make commission off the alterations or something??? I will never recommend this store to anyone especially when we had a conversation about the problems I was already having. Another added stress for my wedding day! Thank you very much!
