About us Locally owned and maintained The first Rubber Duck Car Wash opened in 1988 in Bedford, NS and the business has since grown to include a total of ten locations. Originally all locations were Self Serve, but today many sites offer both Self Serve and Touchless Automatic car washing. At Rubber Duck, we believe that washing your car should be a fun experience, and at our car washes we try to do just that. Features Self-Serve Bays are coin operated. When using our Self Serve Wash Bays, you will find your vehicle covered in foamy suds with a refreshing smell. Automatic Bays have auto-tellers that accept MasterCard, Visa, or Cash. Those who choose the Premium wash at our Touchless Automatic Wash Bays will find their vehicle in a bath of pink, yellow and blue suds.
