Deanne is a proud broker for ECMB with 20 years' experience in the finance industry. She was a Branch Manager for two major finance corporations for most of her career. She brings with her a wealth of experience in debt consolidations and purchases of both primary and secondary properties. She understands how a client's financing need is very unique to them and can tailor a mortgage to suit that client. She takes great pride in helping clients make their dreams a reality by doing such things as walking a first time home buyer through all the steps to home ownership, purchasing a cabin, investment or rental property or eliminating debt through consolidation at the lowest rates and payments available in the market. Financing is not clear cut and just one bank is not able to offer their clients the best of everything that is out in the market. She is able to do this because she has access to over 30 lenders and all their financing options.
