It has been in the making for the past fifteen years, ever since owner and designer, Tatiana Penner, started her first job at a local green house and flower shop. Actually, it probably started even before then when she planted her first garden when she was seven, or maybe even before that when she saw her first red and yellow tulip blooming in her parents' back yard when she was three...Tatiana has been designing floral arrangements for over fifteen years and has always dreamed of having a shop that invites everyone to come in, smell the flowers, and become as passionate about them as she is!Oak & Lily offers full florist services including fresh cut flowers and plants, floral design, city-wide delivery, florals for events, weddings, corporate gifts, and everyday sentiments, special gifts and pick me ups! The beautiful shop is located in River Heights in Winnipeg, MB and is full of pretty things - a little bit modern, a little bit vintage, a little bit romantic, a little bit rustic
