Fort Garry Mennonite Fellowship

Fort Garry Mennonite Fellowship emerged in 1966 as an initiative of the Winnipeg Bergthaler Mennonite Church (now known as Home Street Mennonite Church) and formally organized in 1967. Founding members came from a variety of congregations.The Fellowship met in rented facilities at Canadian Nazarene College until 1981 and then at Canadian Mennonite Bible College. In December 1984, FGMF moved into its newly constructed meeting place at 150 Bayridge Avenue. The initial group of 30 members has grown to approximately 200. Together we seek to encourage each other in faithful living of the Christian faith.
